While employing people with disabilities we differentiate whether the job seeker in question has job experience or not. The skills and abilities of a person are also influenced by whether they were born with their disability, or were disabled when they were already of age and working.
According to global statistics the most difficult group to employ are people with mental disabilities and neurodivergent job seekers. Up to 90% disabled job seekers can’t keep their jobs due to a lack of social and communication skills.
That is why we use a model here at Alma Career Slovakia, which focuses on the most common obstacles to a disabled person’s self-actualization on the open job market.
