What is Help from the Heart all about?
Here at Alma Career Slovakia we want to ensure everyone can find employment that will meet their needs and that they’ll be content with. In this goal we also take into consideration people with disabilities.
As part of the Help from the Heart program we aid in the creation of various pilot projects, through which companies can gain experience employing people with disabilities. We believe that the personal experiences of people in these companies is the bridge that will lead us to removing common prejudices and obstacles, and in the long term can lead to more work opportunities for this subset of job seeker.
